2020/21 has been a whirlwind of a year and with another financial year gone, it’s hard to look back and work out where it went! July continues to go quickly and all we can do is look forward to the workload that we have ahead.

We are maxed out capacity wise, having squeezed in as many staff as we can fit in our current warehouse. Our numbers have risen to 24 staff, and we really want to thank our amazing clients for supporting our company, our families, our lives, by keeping our humble business busy and going during these strange times.

At Artifex, we love being busy, we love a good challenge, and seeing it coming to fruition is what keeps us going and make us proud. So keep throwing the work our way, keep throwing us new challenges, and

we look forward to working closely with you again this financial year!

The article presents an intriguing snapshot of Artifex's journey through a challenging year, yet one must contemplate the potential repercussions of excessive demand. The balance between growth and sustainability is delicate, especially when pressure mounts. The Pokies https://asimplerdesign.com/ could serve as a metaphor here; a game that thrives on risk may not always yield favorable results. This raises questions about long-term employee well-being and product quality as they strive to meet increasing demands.

The article reflects on a tumultuous year for Artifex, emphasizing a focus on sustainability and client relationships. However, one wonders about the long-term implications of operating at maximum capacity. The push for more business without considering potential burnout among staff could impact quality later. As they expand, maintaining a balance is crucial, especially in the realm of furniture manufacturing. I also noticed a lack of mention regarding innovation with Royal Reels www.nzartmonthly.co.nz which might contribute to future growth.
